Introduction

The sector is to comply with some laws, rules, regulations as well as practices of the Country. And these are called corporate law and practice.

1. Introduction, definition, inception and conception of corporate laws and practices.
2. The fundamentals of corporate laws and practices.
3. Discussion of the essential and relevant legal matters and compliances in corporate institutions.
4. Analysis of the essential and fundamental corporate laws.
5. Discussion of the essential provisions, rules, regulations, norms, values, ethics, policies, issues of corporate laws and practices.
6. Discussion of the essential legal documentations, notes, meetings under corporate laws and practices.
7. Question and Answer session on the first session.

Session ** 02
1. The drafting of the essential Notice, Minutes, Extract etc. of corporate meeting (Board Meeting, AGM, EGM, Special Meeting, Certification etc.). (Practical) .
2. The drafting of the essential Corporate Agreements (Practical) .
3. How to draft an ideal Corporate Agreement with standard features (Practical).
4. The drafting of the Articles of Association, Memorandum of Association etc. (Practical).
